I offer Firefly Barre classes as private one-on-ones, or semi-private small groups – perfect for couples or groups of friends. I bring the workout to you, including any equipment we might use (small weights, Pilates ball, etc.). All you need is enough space for us to set up our mats and a chair per person (we use the back of the chair as our ‘barre’). I have mats, but it is advisable to use your own mat if you have one. Our first session will be an introductory one, for me to assess your level and for you to become comfortable with the movements. As we go through more sessions together, I will tailor-make the classes to suit your level and progress. The classes are 60 minutes in total, including setting up the space.
